Zhen and Lexus were exemplary in their service and care. They took the time to help us and we really really appreciate their work ethic and consideration. Thank you so much. Will be back soon x

Useless standing around for 15 minutes - staff sitting in the back while employee struggles to work the fedex non existent self help system. What a terrible service provider. It sho lent take a shipping company 15 minutes to ship 3 boxes. TLDR appalling slow & poor service

The staff is not great. I went to take a passport photo and the image came out too light to use. They were unable to fix the printer while I was there but told me to leave my number and they would call me. They didn't. I called them and after 3 minutes of me explaining to them why I didn't want to have to go 4 blocks out of my way they said they would check on the printer. Nope! Still doesn't work and I had to harass them for an answer.
