- MMMM6 days ago1.0We shipped two pieces of luggage to my daughter’s college in Maine from this FedEx location on August 8. One large suitcase, containing winter clothes and college essentials, has been missing for almost three weeks and still hasn’t arrived. This has been extremely frustrating, and after this experience, I’m not sure I would use FedEx again.

Did you know any of the following: Did you know they don’t have to deliver your package and they can still charge you? Did you know they could tell you for a week that your package is out for delivery and it’s not? Did you know that they deceive with impunity (corporate policy according to CS)? Did you know the tracking system is not accurate over 90% of the time and they know it but do nothing about it (according to CS)? Did you know if you send a package and it gets returned (even for no good reason) they can charge you for the return? Did you know that they accept packages they knowingly cannot deliver and charge you anyway (corporate policy according to CS) so they can charge you when it gets returned? Did you know that their corporate policy (according to CS) is they can legally record you without your permission but they get very upset if you record them without their permission? Did you know I will no longer be using FedEx because of these things? You probably didn’t know any of these things but they are all true!
