  So. Rude. I only had to pick up a package, which I did, then removed the contents from the box and placed them into my own rolling suitcase to walk. When I tried to throw away the box that I disassembled and it’s filler bubble capsules, and asked the guy at the register where the trash can was, he just kept saying, “That has to go outside. Outside.” No directions just “outside.” There was no visible trashcan in the store or immediately outside the store when I went outside with the box. So again I had to keep asking “where outside,” “outside is a general descriptor,” to which the guy at the register, obviously irritated, responded, “across the street.” Across the street to the nearest trash can I went with the box, leaving my things in the FedEx store until I could return to collect them and leave the store. Ridiculous policy, ridiculous display of ignorance of common customer service and civility. Definitely wish I never had to interact with this poorly behaved person just to pick up a package. Reflects badly on the training and hiring standards of that FedEx store. Do better.

  Tre’Quan from this location truly saved me. I had a large order I needed within a few hours on a Sunday and he delivered everything perfectly and was so easy to communicate with. Very very grateful for his quick help!

  I had a 100% positive experience here yesterday afternoon, with the processing of an Amazon return. The kind young FedEx associate quickly scanned the QR code on my phone, accepted the item, and offered me a receipt. Within an hour I'd received notification from Amazon that my refund had been issued! I am so glad to have this branch of FedEx in the neighborhood—and grateful to the excellent staff!

  Paid $120 for an expedited International Shipping from the US to France and Fedex found the way to lose it. Then I opened a ticket and they don’t give you any update. This is not professional, the overall service is poor and is not focused on customers. I cannot be talking to virtual assistants online or on the phone that never solve anything. This is the last time I use Fedex and you should not use it to be honest.
