  Why is everything self service now? Why do you hire people to work there if you’re going to make the customers do all the work themselves? There were three employees at this location, I’m the only customer in the store, and they’re looking at me like I have 10 heads because I can’t figure out the machine. Then the guy behind the counter is rude when I ask for help. Sorry I’m not experienced in sending packages - I thought that’s what they pay you for.

  I’m not sure why this location has such negative reviews. It’s my local store, so I go all the time, and it’s always been perfectly pleasant and easy. No complaints at all.
