  This location was very bad. I brought a small white box with a part inside. It was very sturdy and strong and packed with tape. The counter girl printed my label and said she wasn’t sure she could take it “because someone might open it” and she asked her manager who said that the box must be brown cardboard not a white cardboard product box. She said she assumed it was a phone inside the product box and that they could not accept a white box. She said it has to be brown cardboard. I explained there is apart inside a sturdy box and that the item is bubble wrapped. I wanted the two managers to hold it and see how very strong it is. Furthermore the contents are inside in bubble wrap which I explained. Another lady came into the conversation by and said it was “like a shoe box” which it cannot be compared to. I discussed it with other manager at a different location and was told the box is sturdy and the contents should not have been assumed by the other manager. I called this location back and the lady could not care less. Three employees here 7/27/26 6pm all clueless. FedEx training must be improved to actually inspect the sturdiness or the item not assume that a white box is not sturdy. This box was build like a tank and could easily take a lot of pressure from any direction.

  Super handy print shop - prices aren’t bad and they have a lot of space to organise a job and other stationary (staplers etc) on hand. Staff polite too!

  The store manager, Julie, is AMAZING!!! I was so stressed with a print job. She is so kind and patient, and helped me figure it out. I’m so happy everything worked out!
