    I came into this location on 7/14 around maybe 10/10:30am . To the only young lady working . She was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful ! Dealing with multiple people at once and didn’t break a sweat . Thank you for your help and speaking up for yourself ! You did nothing wrong and sometimes people just don’t get it you know . However I do and I appreciate the help and information you gave me while I myself was having a morning of my own .

    Just my luck that I read the warnings about Sharon at this location and had to encounter her today. This review is my customer experience with her, and not with FedEx nor their services, which I've been happy with. She was utterly rude and dismissive. She asked for a Drivers License and I proceeded to hand her my passport card (I don't have a license), she then dismissed me and repeated that she needed to see a drivers license. When I tried to explain to her that I didn't have a license, she said, and I quote "Did you hear me? I said I need proof of address." Well, that would've been a great question to lead with.

    I never post reviews but I have never hard such a bad customer service experience. Sharron the manager is the most unprofessional person that I have ever spoken with! I had to reprint everything because the printer printed all the numbers wrong and also the printer was VERY SLOW (it took one minute for one page to print)! I called the headquarters to complain and they connected me to Sharron who definitely made it even worst. She said that I tried to resolve this issue after 3 weeks when I had called the headquarters already 3 times and had two cases recorded on the system! She also said that there are many people that try to defraud Fedex - as if I am a criminal! Please do a favor to yourself and don't go there!!!
