You walk in expecting the usual friction that comes with print jobs and shipping logistics, and instead you get clarity, speed, and people who know exactly what they are doing. What stands out immediately is how efficient the team is without ever feeling rushed. They move with purpose, but they also slow down when it matters. That balance is rare. A lot of locations lean one way or the other. Here, they get it right. Lance, in particular, elevates the experience. He took the time to walk me through the different services in a way that felt thoughtful and precise, not scripted. He anticipated questions before I asked them and made sure I understood the options so I could make the best decision. That kind of care is not standard, and it should be. You can tell this location sees a steady flow of professionals who need things done correctly and on time. The team respects that. Orders are handled cleanly, communication is clear, and there is a sense that they take pride in getting the details right. In a city where time is the only real currency, this place delivers value. Fast, capable, and genuinely helpful. Five stars without hesitation.

  This is the first FedEx I’ve visited where every single employee was genuinely nice and helpful. During my visit, I saw one staff member sitting with an elderly woman at a computer station, showing incredible patience and kindness. The positive energy was everywhere, everyone had a smile on their face and was ready to lend a hand. Darrel, in particular, helped me print out a mood board; he was both fast and efficient. This is officially my go-to location. 10/10.

  I write this review for the staff Hercules ( hope I didn’t spell wrong his name). This is my first time using FedEx, and I received the kindest, the sweetest, the most patient and also the most efficient service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Hercules! You are literally a hero just like your name

  I was doing a mailer. Working with Lance via email, the process was easy, and he was very polite but it took a while sometimes to get responses. It was not relayed to us that when we switched to having them do the whole process (their quote for postage made no sense), to us picking up the stuffed envelopes that the envelopes would not be sealed. If I knew that the envelopes would not be sealed, we could have maybe requested self sealed envelopes. Having to seal 300 envelopes was not something I had planned. Also when I went to pick up the mailing, I was standing there for a quite a bit before anyone acknowledged me. There were at least 6 employees behind the counter and nobody in the store. The staff including the assistant manager has an attitude. Will find a different location to deal with and go to in the future.
