Maybe Fed Ex should take delivery classes from Amazon 🤪 If you go to FedEx and you pay for two day delivery, know that that will not happen, you will not get your package in two days. You will pay an exorbitant amount of money. They will tell you that the shipment will arrive in two days, you will even get an email from Fed Ex the day before saying that the package will be delivered the next day and give you a timeframe and then you will not receive the package. You will not even get an email telling you that the delivery date has been changed, you have to figure that out yourself when it’s a day late and then you have to call them which we all know how that goes nowadays to get a live person on the phone…… This was a shipment that had to be delivered within that two day window, it was made abundantly clear quite a few times and now it is going to be a five day delivery, yet FedEx is still going to keep the entire amount that it charged for the two day delivery. Because this billion dollar company really needs to keep collecting exorbitant amounts of money from customers so they can continue to not meet the expectations that they literally set the customer up for. and customer service, other than some customer representative, reading off a sheet of paper how they are sorry for your inconvenience and that they understand your frustration, there really is no customer service at FedEx. Lesson learned. Fed Ex is not the company of integrity that it used to be when it first started. Now it’s just, collect as much money as possible and do the least amount of service that you possibly can to get away with, basically stealing from customers. Because I don’t know many other professions where, if you did your job poorly, that you would still get paid, yet Fed Ex thinks it’s ok to charge an insane amount of money for a job poorly done or in this case, not done at all.

Despite the negative reviews from certain ladies on the UES, who seem to lack patience and perhaps a few other qualities, I can only confirm the excellent service provided at this FedEx Office.

What a joke. After reading such glowing reviews of people getting great passport photos here, I went here to get mine done. The woman quickly said, um, we can't be cause our camera is uh broken. I am not even lying. (Which means she was totally lying. It was busy and the last thing she wanted to do was take a photo. So lame. Don't come here. I called the other FedEx in the area (79th & 3rd)and specifically asked if their camera was working and when is the best time to come in and he said it was working but it was charging. He said to come in before 7pm. I show up at 5:40, wait in line for almost ten mins and when I tell him I need passport photos he said he can't do it. I tell him I called, etc and he said the camera was not charged. Insanity. This is NYC, no? I was rather firm and said it was unacceptable and that I was told the camera was charging at noon. What followed was a joke. I am sure the shipping services are fine but go elsewhere for photos.
