- RYrol ynApr 27, 20261.0Horrible service today by the woman in the counter this morning. In other location we were able to process returns and instructed without a box and just drop off the item. Now if this is not how some returns are process then just say so nicely. It was another customer who actually taught me how to do the QR code to print ahead. It’s not like there is a huge sign. Being nice goes a long way, otherwise don’t be in customer service. I understand you may be alone and probably had to repeat the same instructions all day long. But for goodness sake you literally just started your day!! Awful!
