I stopped by this location on 6/8 between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. to print documents for an appointment nearby. Unfortunately, the self-service printing system repeatedly failed to generate the retrieval code after I emailed my documents, making it impossible to access them for printing. I informed the team members on duty about the issue several times. However, I was repeatedly told that I needed a code that the system itself was failing to provide. While I understand that technology can experience problems, I expected a greater level of assistance in resolving the issue. Given that FedEx team members are trained in both shipping and printing services, I would have appreciated a more hands-on approach rather than being directed back to a system that was clearly malfunctioning. Customer service is often measured by how problems are handled, and unfortunately this experience left me feeling unsupported and frustrated.
