  Adam was so helpful, patient and kind. We had 2 large suitcases and 3 giant boxes to ship back after an event in the city and he was calm and communicative. He was great and helped us get what we needed sorted out, all while balancing a busy morning with people popping in to drop off packages, ask questions and get copies made. He juggled it well. Thank you Adam!

  worst Fedex ever. I sent back two boxes of some online shopping I had done and even though I already had the labels and everything they charged me $25. this is ridiculous.

  Not a real FedEx. Tried to charge additional fees for prepaid label and package. Don’t care if it’s in a hotel

  I had a print job I needed and they were extremely helpful! Fransua was great and made sure my print job was perfect. Easy to speak with this location over the phone. They understood my requests, including a custom size for one of my print requests and I had great follow up communication over email to finalize the project. Thank you Fransua!
