There is nothing that will get done if your office staff that answers the phone is not patience enough to answer questions or at least listen. I understand that you don’t want to be on the phone but for so long but you didn’t alone me to speak for 30 seconds?! This is why you’re getting a 2. Poor communication skills.

What could easily be a stressful or headache-inducing place to visit is always smooth, efficient, and handled with care. We run a business around the corner, and Vera has been incredibly helpful with last-minute printing needs, even if it is just one page. She consistently makes the process easy, even under tight deadlines. That level of support makes a huge difference for us. If you need to visit a FedEx Office, I highly recommend this location. It’s worth going out of your way for!
