    Communication was great. They called to let me know 25 minutes before that they'd be there. They assembled it properly, and showed me how to use the piece of equipment. Very friendly as well.

    They arrived within the 12-4 window. Even though I have a walkout basement door, the delivery team chose not to traverse the steep incline. Surprisingly, they took the treadmill out of the box in the front yard, brought the parts into the house on the ground floor, and transported them downstairs to the basement. It worked!! No scuffs on the wall, the team was polite, and they wore the shoe coverings I provided. Overall, a good experience.

    Very satisfied with delivery and assembly of my treadmill. The delivery/installers were excellent. They were very efficient and showed me how to operate the machine. Communication on delivery day and time was good. My only issue was that the time window was late in the day (last stop). But I suppose someone has to be last.

    Absolutely terrible experience with Dick’s Sporting Goods and the third-party installation company they use which is ait I purchased a basketball hoop and paid for installation, and it has been nothing but a complete nightmare ever since. The contractor picked up my hoop and then never delivered or installed it. I’ve been given the runaround for days with missed timeframes, excuses, and zero accountability. The district manager, Joe longfellow avoids phone calls and will only text likely because he knows how bad this situation is. I was even told the installer was “injured,” yet I personally saw him at Dick’s Sporting Goods the same day picking up another hoop for someone else. That alone tells you everything about the honesty and integrity you’re dealing with here. The contractors they use are completely unreliable—no-shows, no communication, and no respect for customers’ time or money. What’s worse is this doesn’t seem like a one-off issue. After dealing with this, I looked into reviews and found many other customers saying the exact same thing. It’s hard to understand why Dick’s continues to partner with a company that consistently delivers such poor service. At this point, I’ve had to move forward with a police report just to try and get my property back. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration DO NOT use Dick’s Sporting Goods for installation services, and be very cautious dealing with their third-party contractors. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

    Our service technicians arrived, and immediately begin working on our massage chair. It did not take very long for the service technicians to fix the problem. Most importantly, both service technicians were extremely polite and professional. I would have no issues having either of our service technicians back in our home for future repairs. The only reason for the four star, rather than five, was they were outside the scheduled window by about three hours. However, to their credit, there did seem to be some app glitches with the system they use for deliveries and repairs. Given that credit, I would not blame the service technicians for the delay. However, punctuality in many cases is extremely important, as people may be waiting around for a specific window, with other priorities. In our case, we were home all day, so this did not cause any trouble.
