AIT however took three months to schedule this repair (about a third of the length of the warranty), proposed a single date that did not work for me, and then kept on offering me that same date (how about June 4th? Doesn't work. Ok, then what about June 4th? Still doesn't work. Hey, we have June 4th available! Sigh...). If they are your warranty service provider, you are stuck with them, but I certainly wouldn't hire or recommend them on my own nickel.

They communicated with me shortly after I purchased the Treadmill to let me know that they would be installing and that they would let me know when it was ready for shipment. When they came out, they Call to say they could come out earlier if I was available and I thought that was great. They weren’t quickly very professional and polite and cleaned up after themselves. I had a very good experience with them
