I guess they don’t believe there is competition in the area or in general. No greeting , no thank you and a face expressions like you are annoying them. Six visits in the past year all the same, rude , dismissive , stand offish attitude , today I matched her energy, just close the place down . If I do have to go there again to pick up a package I will take video. There is a fed ex , UPS less than a quarter of a mile down with customer service oriented worker there for sure . So disappointing and unnecessary , if you are not happy to work there leave…

Weird, postal clerks elsewhere seem perfectly capable of processing passport applications. I've debated whether it's really necessary for me to leave a disparaging review of a USPS location but I've also never experienced this level of condescension and rudeness towards customers at a post office either.
- SAS AApr 3, 20261.0If you saw the rating and came directly to the reviews, yes…the 1.5 rating is correct. Go to any other location (or even a UPS / Fedex) but please, I beg, don’t go here. As you can see, this location is unchecked in terms of the complaints against it and needs to be closed, and reopened with a new counter staff installed, so that people can mail their stuff without miserable sales associates who live for treating the public and the community that they are supposed to serve so poorly.
