- EJEdwin Quiles Jr4 days ago1.0Horrible customer service from the supervisor. I asked a supervisor to speak to the post master and it was like pulling teeth to get transferred to him. After being placed on hold for a long time by the upset, no customer service etiquette supervisor she decided to take my information for a callback which a month later I am still waiting for. I decided to just close my PO Box at this location and get one in Pelham, what a positive move that was and they do not refuse my eBay logo packaging like they do here. If you do business on eBay or Amazon as do I and your packaging material have their logos this post office will refuse them unlike other post offices.
- GNGiovanna NewAug 27, 20261.0What a horrible customer service!!! Went to drop of a package, and like other customers have mentioned no greeting or friendly attitude. When I showed I had a package, they dismissed me and told me to use the self checkout! There were no other customers and two workers at the counter! And two more walking around doing nothing. The machine was broken and when I asked if now I could be helped by one of them they dismiss me and were super rude. They clearly miss treat the customer so they can get paid without having to work.

Residents pay for and rely on these designated spaces, and access should not be obstructed. Please remind drivers to respect private property and park in appropriate areas.
