- GBGee BabySep 23, 20261.0If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The lady with the hijab hates working there and it shows in her customer service. By far the rudest customer service I’ve ever received, she was rude to the customer in front of me that he was embarrassed. Then she proceeded to embarrass me all because I had never mailed a package before. I’m extremely disappointed that the United States government would allow such mediocrity.

This post office is absolutely ridiculous. There is NEVER anyone at the front counter, and now there’s a handwritten note saying they don’t open until 10 a.m. That sign has been there for over a week! If you can’t maintain regular hours, at least update your website so customers aren’t wasting their time. The ladies working here are consistently rude and unhelpful. You’d think customers were inconveniencing them simply by asking a question. All I wanted was to drop off an already-labeled package without having to deal with the front-counter attitude. I live in New Rochelle, and I now have to go out of my way to Eastchester just to get decent service. What’s even more frustrating is that this seems to be an everyday problem. Everyone I encounter just shrugs and says, “It’s always like that.” 🤦♀️ This location already has a 2.9-star rating, and somehow that’s considered acceptable? How many more customers need to have a terrible experience before something changes? Customers deserve better than this. Poor service, zero accountability, and a serious need for better management.
