- NNN1 day ago1.0The postal worker lady, here in New Paltz, was utterly mean to a Hispanic customer who was in line with a $100 bill to mail something. She rudely said "I cannot help you with that. There's a long line and I don't have time to deal with this. People have waited long enough." The rudeness she spoke with came out of nowhere. He was standing in line like everybody else was so I don't understand why he was spoken to like this.

- LMLaw MFeb 2, 20221.0I respect the entire USPS system. I feel it's one of humanities greatest achievements. That being said, avoid the NPZ post office if possible. My encounter with the clerk there was so bizarre and the event so lengthy that I'd rather not put it in this review. After writing the NPZ Post Master and not receiving a response I decided to lose the $12.67 that I paid and use a different post office. Besides the NPZ PO, Thank You USPS Workers!
