Terrible build quality at the counter where IDs can fall through the slip and the associate there said “this has happened numerous times before and nothing we can do to get it back”. They informed me they would contact me back but of course no follow-up, “we must be have been busy” was the associate’s reason.

Very condescending when speaking to customers and threw my receipt on the table in-front of me like i was some wild animal. The manager here needs to address this and put him on down for of probation period. I made the manager aware of this and hope it is addressed but by the looks of reviews seems the store is plagued with issues

Customer service was the last thing on her agenda during my time there. I’ve always had great customer service experiences with FedEx. I’m completely disappointed with how I was treated today. FedEx should really pay attention to the people they hire. A customer should be able to walk into a FedEx store and be treated with care.
