  I don’t know what’s wrong with the staff here but they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t greet you with a smile and approach everything with a scowl on their faces. It’s like they are just not happy to be there. It’s not all of the staff. It’s when you get the wrong one, it ruins your day. Who ever owns this franchise location, stay on top of your staffs attitude and demeanor.

  Very disappointing experience. AJ was extremely rude. He just wanted me to buy a box for my return. I explained several times that my return did not require a box or label, as when I initiated the return on the app, it explicitly said no box or label was needed, but he seemed unable to understand that. When I told him he needed to listen to the customer, he got offended. When I asked for his name, as I wanted to complain about him, he gave me his name and asked me to provide him with my name (LMAO). I’m not sure if he wanted to file a complaint against me (LOL). I told him I was going to report him to UPS, and he told me, “I couldn’t care less,” even though he saw me recording him (so smart). I ended up going to another UPS location, where I dropped off all my returns with no box and no label. If you value your time, do not go to this UPS. Just look at the reviews—I’ve never seen a business with that many one-star reviews.
