  DHL The worker Patrick was outstanding, very professional, patience’s, and knowledge of his job. This is ours fourth time come by to sends items off to Playa Del Carmen, MX and it was stress free with his help. Patrick was only one in shop and he handle each customer’s with professionalism smiles and knowledge there presented. I highly recommend Patrick at DHL in Nanuet, NY on Middletown Road, for employer of year 2026. And 3 days off rewards.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Patrick at DHL I rarely write reviews, but Patrick truly deserves one!!! On the morning of June 26, I visited DHL Nanuet with an urgent shipment to South Korea. A document had to arrive before June 30, or I would have had to fly back to Korea to submit it in person. Although I looked calm on the outside, I was panicking inside. When I walked in, Patrick was calmly helping another customer over the phone. Even before speaking with him, I could tell he was kind, patient, and professional. After listening carefully to my situation, Patrick explained my options honestly. Delivery couldn't be guaranteed, but he made sure my package caught the 4:00 p.m. pickup that day, giving it the best possible chance. More importantly, Patrick gave me something I really needed at that moment—peace of mind. His kindness and reassurance helped me leave feeling calm instead of overwhelmed. Then came the best surprise. My package arrived safely in Korea on Monday, June 29—earlier than I had hoped. Thank you, Patrick, for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. If you ever need to ship something important, I highly recommend this DHL location. If you're lucky enough to be helped by Patrick, you'll be in excellent hands.
