This was my second time coming to this DHL Shipping Center, and I’ve had a great experience both times. The first time, Patrick helped me, and this time Jeannette helped me. Both were extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and make the whole shipping process easy and stress-free. It’s really nice to come across people who are genuinely helpful and take pride in providing great service. I really appreciate the help from both Patrick and Jeannette and will definitely be coming back!

It is a new DHL store in Nanuet, NY. The store is very clean, well-organized, and provides excellent customer service. Patrick, who assisted me at the front desk, was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional while helping me send my package to its destination. I had a great experience and highly recommend this store!
