One male Clerk clearly thinks being on his phone playing a casino game while talking to someone on his earpiece about who won big yesterday. His name tag is completely black so you cannot see his name. He was the only Clerk with a line of 12 folks behind me, yes I counted. When some Customers in the line started asking if there was no one else to help the clerk is telling the person he is talking to on his earpiece” I am not in the mood today for these clowns if they don’t want to wait then they can go to another post office that would make my day” When did the Postal Service get to this he clearly doesn’t care doing and saying all this infront of a Customer.
