Today, I visited the office to submit passport applications for my children. Mr. Caldwell was extremely rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, and raised his voice for no reason. I was simply there to complete the passport process, yet I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I was accompanied by my children, who witnessed this behavior. It was upsetting and embarrassing to be spoken to so harshly in front of them. No customer should be treated this way, especially a parent handling important documents for their children. Mr. Caldwell’s attitude was unprofessional, impatient, and inappropriate for someone working in a customer service position. Employees who interact with the public should treat customers with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and addressed so that other customers and families do not have to experience the same treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
