However, since my first visit to the local post office, I have been consistently disappointed by the lack of professionalism. The staff often do not adhere to the full uniform policy, and the customer service is frequently lacking. I have repeatedly observed employees being dismissive and rude to customers, often engaging in personal conversations rather than assisting those in line. This has been my experience during the vast majority of my visits.

The main girl that I usually see during the day is an absolute delight, I've never had a problem here, my mailing needs are always met, transactions are always pleasant :) All of the 1 star reviews on here are unnecessary & you're probably the problem, NOT the post office staff.
