  Worst Customer Service Ever — If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would! The owner of this location is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was not my first unpleasant experience with her. I have visited this location several times, and her attitude toward customers has consistently been terrible. On October 7, at approximately 5:45 PM, I visited the store while there was a line of customers waiting. When it was finally my turn, I attempted to provide her with my code. Apparently, I wasn’t moving fast enough for her, because instead of completing my transaction, she moved on to another customer. When she eventually returned to me, I attempted to provide another code. She scanned it incorrectly and immediately moved on to yet another customer. When I pointed out that the correct code was right in front of her, she responded sarcastically, “It’s called being efficient.” I explained that there was nothing efficient about repeatedly starting my transaction, making mistakes, leaving it unfinished, and moving on to other customers. Her response was that she was the only person working and that going back and forth between customers was her definition of efficiency. Efficiency means completing transactions correctly and providing customers with proper service—not bouncing between customers, making mistakes, and refusing to take responsibility. Rather than apologizing or simply completing my transaction, she became even more disrespectful and ultimately told me, “Goodbye. I’m no longer taking your things.” She refused to finish my transaction! As a business owner, you should understand the importance of customer service, professionalism, and treating people with respect. Being busy or understaffed is absolutely no excuse for treating paying customers this way. I have never experienced such consistently rude and dismissive behavior from someone who owns a business. Customers should not have to tolerate an owner’s attitude simply because they are trying to use a service. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Absolutely terrible customer service, an incredibly unprofessional owner, and a complete lack of respect for customers. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! GO TO MIDDLETOWN…GO TO NEW WINDSOR…CALL ME I WILL DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE DO ANYTHING BUT VISIT THIS STORE LOCATED IN SHOP RIGHT IN MONTGOMERY!

  Hard to find as it is IN the ShopRite store but there was no line. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

  Today I mailed a package from the UPS store in Montgomery NY. Simone was exceptionally kind, patient and helpful.
