  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS store. Simone and Sarai were both so helpful. I had to ship domestic and international packages. I highly recommend this location!

  So I don’t know if people usually write really glowing reviews of a UPS store. But honestly, the one that I’m going to write should be on a billboard because today was a perfect example of goodness, kindness and helpfulness of the highest degree. I was returning a package to Amazon . The items were picture frames. They were in the box that they were delivered in, but because I had a QR code, they did not need the box so they took the picture frames out of the box and gave me back the box. A few hours later while I was home, I was looking to hang up a picture, and I looked all over for it, and I couldn’t find it, and it dawned on me that I had inadvertently left it in the box that went to UPS, but they took out the contents and and I had the empty box . The frame with my picture was a frame that had a certificate honoring my horse who had passed and it was a tribute to him and it was from my family. I called the UPS store. They said things have been picked up , and I should call the UPS hub. I called the UPS hub they said without a tracking number they couldn’t find it that the QR code number wouldn’t help. I called back to the UPS store and I spoke with someone named Simone who turned out to be the owner. I shared my story she asked me hold on. She asked me several questions, was very thorough and deliberate about what was in there . Within five minutes she found it. It had not been picked up. She took it out. She put it aside for me. They had searched through all their packages just to find it. I cannot tell you how impressed I was they said they would hold it for me . When I got there 40 minutes later not only was the frame there and the certificate, but she was so gracious and so kind and so genuine. I have never been so impressed with service like this . This UPS store is a little more inconvenient for me, but I have to tell you I’m going to go to this UPS store from now on . What a wonderful woman this is . What a wonderful worker. She owns this particular franchise. It is amazingly incredibly helpful. It’s a rarity to find people that will go out of their way like this. The certificate meant so much to me , it was from my family and my grandkids. And when she heard the story, I started to cry she showed genuine compassion! I’m so grateful to have met her!! Thank you Simone!!!

  This location is inside ShopRite. Absolutely recommend! Simone and Sebastian were extremely helpful and welcoming. Simone is very PATIENT and walked me through what I needed to do and made it as easy as possible. Incredible customer service. I even got a little piece of candy! She made me feel valued and didn’t rush me through the process. Now I’m more equipped to return items next time. Thank you!!
