I payed for a package to get express delivered me at the surf lodge during my last weekend and they guaranteed me for next day delivery with proof. Then the tracking number showed it would arrive 4 days later. I ended up intercepting the package to return back to my house and it’s been a week, still at the post office in Montauk. Each time I call there’s nothing they can do, I’ve paid 49$ for express delivery and 55$ for package interception. Now they suggest I pay more to get my package information

Why not just come to the Post Office - where you can experience (1) USPS sending your packages back to sender for no reason (2) you being blamed for #1 for no reason (3) the staff then being incredibly rude to you for questioning what the purpose of the USPS actually is!
