- ZGZ GAug 19, 20262.0Only go to this place if you have plenty of extra time. the wait time can sometimes be crazy long.
- KHKevin HernandezAug 10, 20261.0This is the absolute worst service I have gotten at a post office. For beginners, they are supposed to open at 8:30, and it was not until someone knocked on the door that they decided to open. Secondly, a worker named Eva was super dismissive and rude when I asked about finding a package that was marked as delivered that I never received. She said she had no idea what was going on because she has been on vacation. She did not give me the decency of eye contact and did not even let me finish a sentence, simply telling me to leave my number and info for a supervisor. Everyone I spoke to at this post office was super rude. I witnessed them being rude to other guests as well, using patronizing tones. The workers even had time to have side conversations for everyone to hear. After waiting for over an hour, I finally got to speak to a supervisor who told me my package was dropped off at the wrong location and that the best that I can do is file a claim online and hopefully they get back to me.
