- TBTziry BlumenfeldApr 30, 20261.00 stars.... the entire duration was spent waiting, and I was treated poorly. She conversed with another woman for 15 minutes when it should have only taken 2 minutes. When I attempted to speak up, they took even longer. Everyone was frustrated, and the lady began to curse. This is unacceptable; this establishment should be closed down.

- SKSara KissMar 31, 20261.0We mailed an expensive package to a customer, and it was returned to sender due to the lack of a unit number. Instead of returning it to the sender's address, the package never arrived, and it tracked to the Monsey Post office. We went to the office 3 times over a span of 7 days, and each time they had different excuses, such as, the package is still at a different post office, they will be receiving it in 2-3 business days... but it tracked AS BEING IN THE MONSEY OFFICE. Extremely unhelpful, one single clerk with a line of customers out the door, all lights were burnt out besides for 1 or 2 single lights that were on. Felt like a 3rd world country government office...
