- GAGrizzly AutocareAug 25, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. When I arrived, there was already a long line with only one employee assisting customers, so the wait was considerable. I remained patient and waited my When I finally reached the counter, I explained that I needed to ship a small computer. The employee assisting me, Julian, told me that I needed to go purchase a shipping bag and then get back in line. His attitude during the interaction already made me feel unwelcome, but I followed his instructions. After trying to figure out what box or bag he never explained to me I got in line and waiting again, I returned to the counter only to discover that the same type of shipping bags were available at the front the entire time, as he grab one from the multiple piles he had to scanned it This was extremely frustrating. I had already waited through a long line, and being unnecessarily sent away only to wait again made me feel as though I was being singled out or treated differently. I understand that USPS locations can become busy and employees may be under pressure, but customers should still be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and consistency. If the appropriate shipping materials were already available at the counter, I do not understand why I was instructed to leave the line and purchase one elsewhere. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses the customer-service concerns involved. No customer should leave a post office feeling that they were intentionally given a harder time than necessary.
