  The clerk at the printing desk was super helpful even though she wasn’t able to laminate my item. She directed me to the isle where I could buy the items needed to laminate it myself.

  At this point I need Staples corporate to reach out to me directly because this is my fourth bad experience with the printing department at this location YEARS apart. I cannot fathom how corporate can allow a store to fail at the astronomical level this one does. It has been humiliatingly short staffed for over two years. I put in a print order Monday morning, and when I placed my order it stated it would be ready EOD the following day, Tuesday. I know better than that with this location, so I gave them grace until end of day Wednesday. I called in Wednesday afternoon to see if my order would be done long after when it was supposed to be due. I was told all the printers are down and there needs to be a tech coming out. The tech came out, maybe, allegedly, and now going into Friday I still have no update on my order and still it hasn’t been started. I know the staff gets annoyed when you call in, but if I go in person I will legitimately wait over an hour and a half for them just to tell me they’re running behind and to come back later. The store is trashed, nothing is ever working, the staff is infuriated and to be fair, rightfully so. Staples corporate, please reach out to me directly because this needs to be addressed once and for all.

  Poor customer service. There were 4 employees in the store no customers and still had to wait to find someone who could assist me to do a pickup for prints.

  This was my first time using this location for printing services. I’m happy I wasn’t charged for what I asked for which was lamination of front/back covers and spiral binding of 5 books. I am not happy I received half a job with no notice in advance for the change of just binding the books. Additionally the binding quality could have had more attention one of the books is ruined. They told me nothing about it I saw it after and never even offered a discount for the damage or anything. I paid $175.00 for all 5 books, and now $30+ dollars for the binding. So now I’m stuck with what they just gave me which was no choice, a ruined book, & definitely half of what I asked for. I have gotten this service done at other staples so I know it can be done(photos attached with colorful travel book). I was also told it would be done at this location and it wasn’t. So never again because they could not deliver regardless of having the equipment to complete the job and saying they would they chose to do half the request and at least they only charged me for that.
