  I don’t understand why your employee, I wish I got her name, but I thought it was better to wish her a good day and leave, have to be so nasty. 3pm 6/14/26 And it wasn’t just me she was rude to she shouldn’t be in customer service.

  I have to admit I love the hometown feel of the store. Twice now, Iris has helped me find ink for my difficult printer. I am mobility impaired and she has ran and grabbed it for me on two separate occasions, including today. It wasn't readily in stock on the shelf, so she actually went and found it. She was assisted by Renee who also was willing to help out and talked with me while we waited with fingers crossed to see if Iris found my ink. I am so grateful for them.

  My first issue was that this store only had two shopping carts and they were both filled with returns. My second issue was that only two of their printers worked while all of the others, along with both desk top computers, were all out of service. Both customers that were using the printers seemed like they were printing a whole book so I gave up and went to look at printers that were for sale. They were all way overpriced especially in comparison to Walmart. The printer I bought at Walmart was $59.99 but at Staples it was $79.99. Not one employee offered to help me and they never acknowledged me! What a huge disappointment!! No customer service here!

  I have now been to this location multiple times and every time it’s never good. I’m not sure if it’s the store manager or shift lead but there is a woman there who is rude! My first encounter with her was when I came in because I needed some type of printing done. She very rudely told me that the printing department was closed and that she had other things to do and she couldn’t help me and then I needed to come back because it was not her job that the printer department was closed and that they were sent home.. The next time I came in was around back to school time, and I was looking for a particular calculator for my daughter to which she very rudely again told me I could’ve checked to see if it was in stock online and it was not something that was sold in store and that I was wasting time. This last encounter I had just walked into the location to do an Amazon return. She stopped me at the door told me they were closed and then I needed to leave and that no one could help me. I did not see any posting outside of the changing hours, nor did Google say there was a change in hours I understand the holiday and that the hours do change I feel that she could’ve very easily not been rude and made the interaction the exact same by letting me know, they couldn’t help me without an attitude.

  Came in this morning to fill up balloons i got from amazon, there are signs when you walk in saying amazon/ups returns are unavailable. I walk over to the party city counter because it said nothing about not being able to fill balloons and there’s no one over there so i went up to the register. that lady with the bun is so rude, she immediately said to me “you walked past multiple signs saying amazon is down” i said i just needed to get some balloons filled, the signs only said returns are down… she needs better customer service i was so thrown off guard… a simple “all of our party city services are down, we can’t fill balloons without it” would’ve sufficed. not the nasty reply i got with me “walking past multiple signs” that said nothing about filling balloons…
