  I usually go there for signs and business cards and have nothing but a great experience. However returning an Amazon package is just stupid there. That poor kid and only 1 and no more behind the counter is doing a great job. Employees informed me that management says only 1 behind the counter. Typical management bs. They don’t appreciate there employees at all. Management there is just ridiculous. 😡

  0 Star!!!! Dez, was great and she was only one that was good. I dropped off the materials on Tuesday and was supposed to pick up on Wednesday. I was supposed to get the materials done the following day. I got a call the following day from another employee and they said they could not do it. And they would have to have to sent out and I would get it mailed to me in 3 days. I waited 3 days and then they called me and said it was ready for pickup. I told them thay they said it would be mailed to me since I live over an hour away. The person on phone said whoever told me this was not right. And that I would have to go pick it up. No one knows what's going on. I went to pick up the materials and the 2 young guys were on their phones. I waited a over 5 min before they noticed me. I would not recommend this store unless you want headaches.

  ngl our staples kinda sucks went to the one in wappengers it was league's better. i have a standard for staples now. print shop always understaffed, I feel very bad for them. Sometimes you get very helpful people, theres one or two very rude people and if you end up with them you could be waiting 20 minutes for them to tell you they can't help you. Get more staff in there pleasee they seem so stretched thin especially as we are the only one in this area

  The printing area is filthy! I asked for wipes and they said they clean the machines every day they were horrible. It just felt disgusting. The air wasn’t working so they had giant portable Air conditioners All over the store. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes and I was horrible, filthy and hot. They couldn’t handle an order of 310 pages the machines kept breaking down the self printing couldn’t handle that order. The machines over charge me by $15.00 I didn’t find out until I got home. I don’t know what Staples is doing, but they need to get a regional person down there Get that place in shape, cleanliness and attitudes.

  Not a single employee knows what they are doing in this store. I placed on online order for pick up, and the order was cancelled for whatever reason. I did not know it was cancelled until I called customer service - THEN they decided to send the cancellation notification email and issue a refund. I placed a second order for the same item, went to pick it up, only to find it was the incorrect item. I then started the refund process, went to the store to return the item via UPS, and the store was nearly refusing to take the item because "it was already marked as returned." Yeah, probably because I started the process? Duh?! But I could track my return and see that the item was not dropped off yet and a refund was not issued, as UPS hadn't scanned the item yet. Customer service didn't want to hear it - they just told me they would take it, but Staples may press charges if it is a false return. Employees didn't even offer to guide me to UPS to pack the item and scan it for shipping, they just said they couldn't do it, all the while this is happening at the counter literally right next to the UPS shipping center. All they said was to stop raising my voice and to respect personal space, when they were the ones being unprofessional and quite frankly just nasty to me, who was only trying to understand how to expedite my return process. I finally got someone to help me with the UPS return, but we'll see if I ever see my money again, because not a single person had a clue how to handle this situation. Save yourself the trouble and do not shop here, online or in person, and go to another location where you will be treated with respect by employees who can perform their jobs, let alone have an ounce of common sense.
