- SNSteve NovakJan 7, 20253.0Do not have passport photos taken there. The lighting is only the ceiling florescent which is directly overhead, not at all in front. Without a key-light in front (and apparently using the flash is not allowed), he had to try many times to get an image that was acceptable, one that didn't have a strong glare off my bald head which he knew was no good. But the result was still very lousy, with accentuated shadows under and around my eyes. Now I have to live with that for the next ten years. I look like a thug (much more than I actually am lol, one with 2 black eyes. Lovely. The service rep started out rude, but then got better. 3 stars only for the fact they exist.

I’ve never heard of a store needing a manager present in order to give the refund. Why not give the employees the power to give refunds? You guys let them hold keys and open up, make transactions but not give a refund? I will be reporting you guys to the BBB.

When I called to find out how they were going to fix it they told me it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't be making it right. I called FedEx customer service who told me that it had to be the store that made the situation right. I have now spent $100 getting these 2 boxes to the correct locations. This is ridiculous, their customer service is horrible and very unprofessional.
