    RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. ID RATHER DRIVE TO A UPS STORE IN THE NEXT TOWN OVER. ONE THAT THE EMPLOYEES SPEAK TO YOU WITH RESPECT!!. It wasn't just me because he was even nastier to the blonde girl who was in front of me. Hopefully she doesn't go home and tell her husband.....

    Why is the service so BAD!! I've had numerous issues with this store on return items. Example, I've received a UPS delivery in clear packaging and literally did not even open the package and went to return to the store and they denied accepting my package claiming I need to package it in brown wrapping. Went to another UPS store and received NO PROBLEM AT ALL! This store is just so lazy and just looking to turn people away.

    I never write reviews but unfortunately the rudest and unhelpful workers. 0/5 stars if I could. If a customer mishears you, no need to get rude and nasty with them. How embarrassing.
