About 90% of my sons birthday invitations were never received, all of my thank you cards were never received, about 1/2 of the bill pay checks I send out are missing and now latest my Godsons communion card is missing with money in it. Hundreds of dollars wasted in custom made invitations, monetary gifts and postage. This is absolutely ridiculous

I need a refund and to fill out a form for it, and they refused to help me at all. They always say they don't know or that it can't be done. When I call and speak to a USPS agent, they send me to the address where I sent the mail. When I get there, no one is available to help. They only receive packages, and they deny you anything else you need... horrible!! I've been fighting for a package for 3 months, and in the end, I'll lose my package and the international shipping money because they won't help...
