The customer service here is honestly some of the best I’ve seen—staff are always friendly, patient, and very attentive. They take the time to help, answer questions, and make sure everything is handled properly, which makes a big difference. Even when it gets busy, the team stays professional and keeps things moving smoothly. It’s clear they care about helping people and doing their job well. The only thing I’d mention is that the building itself feels a bit outdated and could really benefit from a renovation. A more modern and refreshed space would make the experience even better. Overall, a great local post office with excellent service!

However whenever I see a manager they are standing around with their hands in their pockets not doing much to pitch in and make the place run smoothly.. Seems like the front end guys are always having to make up for the lack of supplies , faulty equipment etc .. They are always having trouble shooting
- JJJustinOct 24, 20201.0Clerk who was in the middle of a conversation with another employee scanned in my package as delivered to the post office rather than starting at the post office which resulted in it getting lost (the office staff checked every P.O. Box which is where it said it was delivered to and couldn’t find it). When I spoke to the post master her comment was essentially “well you should have gotten insurance, what do you want me to do?”. I was always under the impression insurance was for packages getting damage or lost due to truck breakdowns or delays, something we can’t prevent and thus we insure against, not your clerk being careless in his job and you never delivering my package. Don’t go to this office if you don’t have to.
