    Had a really positive experience at USPS Medford. The customer service here is honestly some of the best I’ve seen—staff are always friendly, patient, and very attentive. They take the time to help, answer questions, and make sure everything is handled properly, which makes a big difference. Even when it gets busy, the team stays professional and keeps things moving smoothly. It’s clear they care about helping people and doing their job well. The only thing I’d mention is that the building itself feels a bit outdated and could really benefit from a renovation. A more modern and refreshed space would make the experience even better. Overall, a great local post office with excellent service!

    Great Guys working there , especially the 2 Joes . However whenever I see a manager they are standing around with their hands in their pockets not doing much to pitch in and make the place run smoothly.. Seems like the front end guys are always having to make up for the lack of supplies , faulty equipment etc .. They are always having trouble shooting

    If you are shipping packages do not use this post office. Every package I ship out of the Medford location sits at the post office for at least 2 business days before there is any movement on the package. I have never experienced this at any post office.

    Edit: as of today, 11/4, I had another disrespectful and hostile encounter with the same hispanic individual. Consistently negative and unruly attitude, this time in front of my 5 year old son and other customers. He wasnt even the one helping me and still he managed to verbally harrass and chime in on a matter he had nothing to do with, feeling the need to try and argue with me. Jennifer L. Carollo the "new postmaster" reached out to me apologizing on her own behalf for the situation, although she had a hard time refraining from being defensive, having made it hard for her to understand what even occurred-- I realized she was only calling as a formality, not a genuine attempt to make things right-- even given her previous history of customer service supervisor. She disingenuously used the word "respectfully" over a handfull of times and even tried to accuse me of escalating the situation in front of other customers, which proved to me she either was not listening and/or her extreme lack of intelligence. Unfortunately this employee's actions were a result of a top-down disdain for customers and a lack of oversight and gratefulness for their federal careers, as well as their "untouchable" attitudes being union employees. Unnecessary attitude from the hispanic guy at counter @4pm, wed., 2/26. Acted like he couldnt help me because I forgot my wallet to pick up a package(which I realized pulling up to the PO.) He offered me no options and just threw his hands up like "he cant help me then." Meanwhile I had all the information on the package including the tracking number in email.(Which I had to offer) It was as if he was intent on not helping me. He displayed a complete lack of customer service ability either due to lack of training or outright negligence, and seemed miserable to be there. I speak to John the now previous postmaster and Joe the counter clerk on numerous occasions for this same procedure and I've never had an issue. These are the type of entitled people who are ungrateful of their jobs and create problems rather than solutions. A detriment to the service, not a benefit. Of course I called him out on his attitude and he changed right away.

    I have lived in Medford since 1981. Almost always excellent mail delivery and good service at the post office. Sometimes there are long lines, but never has there been just one person on! No one or nothing is perfect! Thanks for good, reliable service!
