    I went to Staples to return some Amazon items. The person who served me, once they finally came over was nice. But the wait added to my discouragement when he said Amazon no longer gives out receipts. This is discouraging since Amazon tried to take my refund back, stating that they never received the return. They said they would return the money to my account once I (yes me) return the item. I had to call them and complain, and about that. I explained to them the only way Amazon would refund money is if the return transaction went through. How can I return a product that I no longer have? Why did they think I wanted to pay for it twice? It wasn't Staples fault that Amazon stopped printing receipts, but it would be there fault if they didn't handle the return properly. It was just a frustrating experience, next time I suggest creating your own receipt. Take a picture of your product better yet a video of your return being returned. This way you're covered. Otherwise, how do you prove who is at fault when you have no proof, since Amazon eliminated giving receipts. Yes I know they say you should get an email, but what if you don't and you left and no longer have possession of your return? Which is exactly what happened to me.

    I am not sure how this store is still open. The printing department and staff are not knowledgeable, and they mishandled my project. The one associate, Paul, blamed everyone but himself. First, he couldn't find the order in the system, then he said someone misfiled it, and finally, he thought it was done in another store. Turns out, he did the job but couldn't find it. When I went to pick up my job, the other associate was on the phone, and the line was six customers deep. No respect, no courtesy, and no professionalism. I would rather pay more for better service. Get it together, Staples, before your space is vacant like the other stores in that shopping center. You're becoming obsolete.

    I’d leave 0 stars if I could. I’ve had two back-to-back issues trying to pick up my print order. I understand that the job can be stressful, but there’s no reason to take that frustration out on customers when problems come up. Unfortunately, because of these experiences, I won’t be returning for future projects.

    I love shopping at Staples for all my office and home needs. The aisles are well stocked, the variety of products are significant, employees are very helpful, so much better than shopping on line.
