She is very unprofessional and rude, she needs to be fired now.

There was huge line because they like to take their sweet time just working one each time after waiting 30 minutes line just to try ship your mails you get plus shitty customer service!!!! This is how you pay for the get disrespect. Ashame yourself!!!!!!!!
