- JJJinAug 18, 20261.0The scheduled pickup service is extremely unreliable. I have scheduled package pickups three different times on three different days, and not once did anyone actually come to pick up the packages. Sometimes, I have gone three days straight without anyone showing up, even though I scheduled a pickup every single day. Even worse, I still received emails saying the packages had been picked up when they were clearly still sitting there. This causes my shipments to be delayed and creates problems with my delivery times. If the carrier offers a scheduled pickup service, they should actually show up and pick up the packages. The system should also not falsely report that a pickup was completed when nobody came. Very frustrating and unacceptable service.
