    I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this UPS Store. The owners truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help with shipping, printing, returns, and any questions you may have. They are always friendly, professional, and patient, even when the store is busy. What really sets this location apart is how involved the owners are. They treat everyone with respect and make customers feel welcome from the moment they walk in. It’s clear they take pride in running their business and providing excellent service to the community. The staff is super friendly as well. If you’re looking for a reliable UPS Store with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this location. The owners and staff consistently make the process easy and stress-free. Five stars!

    The owner is THE BEST! I paid for a package to be delivered Next Day Air and it was delivered 48 hours later than guaranteed. When I went to the store to explain the problem and ask for a reimbursement, I didn’t even have to say anything. She already knew of the mishap and delay and said she was filing a claim. Talk about great customer service! She was already 3 steps ahead of me.

    The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and efficient! Beyond that, I had a complicated printing job for my wedding that they patiently assisted with me with!! Above and beyond!!

    Parul and her staff are incredible. They spent so much time accommodating me and helping me with a very difficult printing job. I am ALWAYS IMPRESSED with thier consistent customer service.

    Whoever the woman is that works here is unpleasant and unhelpful. I would go to LITERALLY anywhere else to send or receive packages instead of this location just to avoid ever having to deal with her again.
