Rude and entitled employees. Unable to help customers out and instead try to charge you on things they do not need to do. Both the manager and employee in the morning are rude. Were pushing me to buy a whole new box when they simply could just place the label over said codes.

That lady named, I think, Shanquaua is the most disrespectful and disgusting person ever. She’s rude. You are a worker there; you should be a little bit more nice. It’s your job. If you aren’t happy, why work there? She’s rude in a sarcastic way. She’s nasty. Quit your job if you are a miserable worker there.

ACTUALLY HORRIBLE!! these workers are so unhappy with their lifes that they have to bring it out to the people. I went in before going to renew my passport, the old man was screaming at us because we came at the wrong time, hello how were we supposed to know? We can’t always check the website and you could have said that nicer? And when we came at the right time, this lady named I believe Shanquaua or something, actually the most rudest person EVER! Not only was she disrespecting us, but others too like a women with her elderly mom. She says things in a sarcastic tone. As well as we came in literally a few minutes before 1:15 which is the time for the passport walk ins, went in line and she helped us, but as soon as we got something wrong she came off as harsh, rude, nasty, and more. Also! She could have at least told us ALL our errors at once while looking at the papers, nope! As soon as she saw one mistake, she called us out and made us redo it again. BTW SHE MADE US REDO IT 3 TIMES! at the end, we didn’t even get our passports renewed because of that disgusting lady that should get a better job that doesn’t make her miserable. Disgusting people and experience.
