- SPSusana PachasAug 20, 20261.0The storage itself is nice and clean better than what it used to be before but I always seem to have a problem with the person who works there who has color hair this time he had blue hair and he always wears a mask. I know he also works at Trader Joe’s and he also has a bad attitude there. I told him once before I do not like using the self checkout machine, I will be more than happy to wait because I do not like touching the machine. That many other people have touched. Same reason why he wears a mask because he doesn’t want to get germs. I told him if he was having a bad day and then I told him that he has an attitude and he said no I don’t have an attitude then he proceeded to make me wait a while while his friend kept working with another customer then there was a huge line behind me. He just went back-and-forth, not doing any work because he was being petty and made me wait. His buddy was also rude I told him I wasn’t sure if I had put the label right he gave me an attitude. I don’t understand why these people work in customer service if they don’t know how to deal with people
