I am very please to say I am impressed with his work ethics ! His system that he has in place to provide timely and efficient service is top tier. I love this location it is clean and the staff are friendly.
- DJDouglas JacksonJun 14, 20261.0Set appointments for passports? Two weeks in a row, not a single person at the passport office on Sunday. No one answers the phone number given, no one comes out to say they are not opened. Just posted hours, (that don't march online) and even during those times not a single person answered the phone, or came out of the closed door. While I was there another individual was waiting for his appointment, for a second week. A couple with their kids was waiting for their appointment. I'm not even that angry about myself as I was a walk in(online says I should still be fine), I feel bad for the person now blown off twice, and the couple that has a hard time getting themselves and their kids at the same time.

Nobody asked us to begin with if we had an appointment. Women at the counter was very rude about it. When I asked for a manager or her name, she said she was the manager and refused to tell us her name. The other worker at the office said it was Dominique. People like that should not work in customer service.
