- KBKitty B1 day ago1.0I have paid for priority shipping which requires the post person to pick up the package from my address and they perpetually lie about doing so and never pick up the packages they just put in the computer that they did pick them up so I get a notice saying my package has been picked up when they're still sitting here and this has happened a dozen times this year.

Do you SPEAK? What do you want?” and proceeded to complain about me IN FRONT of me until I left. The experience was deeply unprofessional and rude. I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say. I’m sorry you didn’t hear me say hello. You looked busy and I was trying to be polite.
