The elderly lady who works there who always uses her cane to grab and move packages is genuinely so miserable which certainly translates into her attitude with customers. She is honestly the rudest service worker I’ve ever met. I went in trying to ship out 8 packages (which I understand is quite a lot) and got scolded by her, saying that I needed a consolidated shipping confirmation since I had more than 4 packages (which I was not aware of since this was my first time), but she was extremely impatient and confusing in her explanation. It wasn’t until after the experience that I had looked it up on my own and finally understood what shipping confirmation form she was talking about (which is not necessary btw). She made it seem like it was mandatory and tried to guilt trip me for making her spend extra time scanning each package individually (yet in total it took maybe one minute...). I will not be returning to this location. I would rather walk an additional 15-20 minutes to the next USPS for better service and experience. Anything would be better than this. Shame on USPS for hiring and keeping this lady who probably ruins the days of so many customers.

- AAAsiankitty420May 19, 20261.0I have paid for priority shipping which requires the post person to pick up the package from my address and they perpetually lie about doing so and never pick up the packages they just put in the computer that they did pick them up so I get a notice saying my package has been picked up when they're still sitting here and this has happened a dozen times this year.
