  Lady with glasses at this store is super rude. There was no other customer there really isn’t reason for her to be so rude. Better learn some customer service if do not want to go out of business.

  I was running late from work on an already hectic day and needed to get a package dropped off before the final pickup. Everyone was extremely accommodating and got me in and out with time to spare. They’re currently renovating, so the space is super tight, but the staff kept everything moving quickly and efficiently. As someone who has worked in hospitality for over 20 years, I really appreciate great customer service, and this team delivered despite everything going on around them. Thank you!

  Great experience despite the construction. I visited today while they were undergoing some renovations, and I was impressed by how the staff handled it. The service was just as efficient as always, my dog even got a little treat. It takes a lot of effort to run a business smoothly during a remodel. Kudos to the team for their hard work and patience! The team there mentioned their new temporary construction business hours, and they are as follows: 9AM-5:30PM Monday - Friday 10AM-3PM Saturday & Sunday

  Great experience at this location. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, and everything is handled quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the good customer service and come back whenever I need anything shipped. Just recently stopped by and it seems they’re doing renovations, amazing that they’re working through all of it.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I brought a large refrigerator here for a return, and after I had already transported this huge and heavy package all the way to the store, I was told they would not accept it simply because their store is “too small” and they don’t have space for it. What made this even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no willingness to help. Instead, they simply told me to take this refrigerator to another UPS location that is about a 22-minute walk away. Seriously? You expect a customer to drag a refrigerator-sized package through the street for another 20+ minutes because your store doesn’t have enough space? If this location cannot accept large packages because of its limited space, that should be clearly stated somewhere before customers waste their time and energy bringing heavy items here. Customers should not find this out only after arriving at the store. I honestly don’t understand the point of operating a UPS Store if customers are turned away simply because a package takes up too much space.
