Davash arrived to my office and serviced our water cooler. I informed him that our hot water button usually jams and he fixed it with no hesitation and advised of what I could do if it continued to be a problem. In my opinion, he went above and beyond of just cleaning the water cooler. He saw the issue and he addressed it!

Primo Brands technician Duvash, replaced all my lines and equipment on the line. Set up my new machine and stayed behind to show me how to use the unit properly. We had an older unit, and the new unit looks my fresh and updated

Primo has been so great!.They deliver our water with reliability and friendly service. The drivers are flexible with pickups and drop-offs. As well, Duvash came to clean our machines and he did such a great job, so friendly, informed and efficient. He told us a little about our machine and what it takes to maintain it, which was interesting and generous of him to share. We are so thankful to have this service!
