    I have been a ReadyRefresh customer since December 2025, and the service has been consistently disappointing. Deliveries are frequently rescheduled without proper notification, leaving customers waiting around with no updates. They often fail to pick up empty water gallons during deliveries, and getting assistance with equipment or water machines is extremely difficult. Customer service has not been helpful in resolving these issues. Overall, my experience has been very poor, and I would not recommend this service based on the lack of reliability and communication. The rain put a damper on everything. When I contacted customer service, the representative stated that the pickup was never scheduled, despite the fact that I received a message on my phone indicating that it was.

    Do not use this company. Their online portal doesnt update in their system, random deliveries we didn't schedule, and always the wrong items for the deliveries we do schedule.

    Ready Refresh/Primo customer service is the worst!!! All you get is an apology no is ever taken when it comes to the delivery of your water. I've been rescheduled twice several days after the original delivery with no notification other than the website update - no email/text/call.

    Trust and believe if I could leave 0 stars I would! I started my service back in November of 2025 in Idaho and when it started it was a disaster. I was continuously told of my deliveries being one day in the week and then the driver would show up the week after. I then was sent deliveries I didn't ask for because I had cancelled my future deliveries because my husband and I would just take our bottles to the closest refill station and when I tried to get the money refunded to my bank (because they said they would do that in 24-48 hours) they lied again because that was a month ago and I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AFTER BEING GIVEN 6 CONFIRMATION NUMBERS ABOUT SAID REFUND! My husband and I bought our own water dispenser as to stop renting the company's and scheduled to have the dispenser picked up and wouldn't you know it, they lied about what day it would be picked up saying it would be last Friday, which they never showed up for, and then this past Tuesday which again they never showed up for and again for today which is now moved to tomorrow. I then woke up to an email this morning saying that I was having 5 bottles delivered for this coming Tuesday (remember how I said I turned off my deliveries) and when I call customer service and give them my account number they pull up an address in Washington State when I live in Idaho. I then tell them I want to cancel my services because I'm tired of the run around and they just try to offer me a bunch of things I don't want or need before finally listening to me when I say I WANT TO CANCEL MY SERVICE. One driver has tried to be helpful in taking care of my delivery date issues but I can't say they are all the same. Do yourself a favor and don't use Ready Refresh/Primo water delivery because they will LITERALLY try to just try to take your money and send you things you don't want! They are the worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of working with!
