- AWAmanda WaldenAug 21, 20261.0No one at this place answers the phone, trying to get ahold of USPS via phone is a joke as I'm trying to catch it before it returns to the sender so I can pick it up instead. I've called 10 times in a row and not a single call answered. Ridiculous. A couple items out of my order shipped with them rather than FedEx, FedEx delivers to my physical address while USPS goes to the mailroom so they just return to sender it 🙄
- MMMilah MarcheseAug 17, 20261.0Ok so help me understand this May 1st 2026 I purchased a PO Box.. that same day I put a hold on my current adress and forwarding slip to my PO Box... I go in on July ( STILL NO MAIL ON BOTH SIDES) they tell me do the forwarding again, after I lifted the hold, I did it... ( a Leader/Manager was present).. ITS AUGUST STILL NO MAIL ON BOTH SIDES) ...I decide to go in today because I have surgery on the 23 and my Dr send TO PO BOX my Blood Draw paperwork... guess what....NO MAIL AGAIN.. I go in to speak to someone, I did... " hey, just want to know where is my mail if maybe its still on hold" goes back checks to see if it is intact in hold....No. ( now I was frustrated hence why I, was like confused and traying to look for the pictures and receipts in my email) .. to no avail im letting him explain, and then i hear him say, well i mean i dont even see anythingin the system. SO BASICALLY that second time they did absolutely NOTHING... he proceeded to explain we can do the forwarding slip again... LIKE WTH this would be the third one in 3 months like HOW??????? oh so basically only if you pay online the forwarding system works? And how exactly, because back in February we had the same incident, WITH A PACKAGE and I PAID THE FOWARDING THAT TIME!!!! so exactly what type of job and how is it manage that no one seems to get it done right???? At this point I've paid for a POBOX for 6 months that's been empty..because no one seems to know where the mail goes ? I guarantee next time I record the whole process and they still do not know wth they are doing...
