  Super friendly staff I regularly bring them way to many packages and not once have they made me feel like a nuisance, incredibly professional best post office around.

  I have a medical condition called Hyperhidrosis and needed to get finger printing done at this location on June 10th, 2026. I arrived early in the morning, waited until there were multiple employees working, and let every customer go in front of me so I would cause the least amount of delay. When it was my turn to be serviced, the female employee helping me, though kind, did not know how to properly finger print electronically. Another female employee then barged in and yelled at her for taking so much time to help me and became belligerent before storming out. A different employee, very shortly after, came in and disrespected the woman helping me for taking the extra time to assist me due to my medical condition which they had all been informed about, because he had been yelled at by said belligerent employee right when he clocked in. The original kind employee was unable to complete my finger printing and asked her peers for assistance at this point. She was then yelled at by the second rude employee in front of myself and other customers, and was berated for even attempting to service someone with my medical condition. It was stated that my coming in was "useless" "pointless" "a waste of their time" among many colorful, hurtful statements. It was also made abundantly clear that this rude male employee did not care if I was to be refunded for the service which was not provided, and that my plan to go to another location to attempt the finger printing there in order to complete my Family Reunification paperwork was "dumb" and "useless". I was told it would be impossible for me to reunite with my loved ones due to the incorrect statement "you don't have finger prints I guess", at which point I left the establishment crying and distraught. Though the original employee offered me her sympathies, apologized on behalf of her peers, and encouraged me to seek out a different location, this experience was the single worst of my life. I proceeded to drive to Akrin and pursue finger printing at the USPS location there, which completed my process within 15 minutes. The employees at Akrin, as well as my friends and family, were absolutely horrified by the treatment I received, and I wholeheartedly warn others to stay away if possible.

  I visited this post office regarding a certified mail item that has been stuck in transit for over a week with no tracking updates, despite being told it would arrive within three business days. Initially, a staff member directed me to someone named Brian, who appeared to be a supervisor or lead. He advised me that the “best way to get a quick response” was to follow a specific procedure and handed me a printed set of instructions. He assured me I would receive a response about my missing mail within three days. However, after reviewing the instructions at home, I realized they were only for requesting a refund for the certified mail service—not for locating or resolving the missing mail. In fact, the document clearly indicated there was no way to track or recover the item and that a refund request could only be submitted after 30 days. This was extremely frustrating and misleading. I was given incorrect information and false expectations instead of actual help with my issue. It’s concerning that someone in a supervisory role would provide such guidance rather than clearly explaining the situation. Overall, a disappointing experience with poor communication and lack of accountability.
