Today though, when trying to pickup a ‘delivery’ that has been there since 10:00am (I came in at 4:40pm) they were completely unable to go in the back and get it for me. I understand that it may require to open a box that hasn’t been sorted yet but it would take like 2 mins max. The only option I’m given is paying extra to pick it up in person tomorrow @ 8:00am. 1 star for all the times I’ve been treated like trash by that rude and pathetic post office desk-creature.
