  This store has always been very pleasant to work with. Today I met Rick and he just pushed this store higher for me. I needed help printing an obituary and I am tech challenged he did everything for me. He went above and beyond while helping other multiple customers at the same time kind friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Rick.

  Gave a second chance but walked. 1st time, my elderly mother went there to get an estimate to mail two trays of black and white cookies. lady said they’d need to build a box. mom said I first would like to know how much before you go through that trouble. she built the box anyway. $100 to ship two trays of BJ’s black and white cookies. At this point mom felt pressured to ship as they built the box and put all the info in computer. totally took advantage of her and I was angry for her. 2nd time I went with my son yesterday to mail a home decoration we found antiquing. asked what it was, I said decoration, made from metal and wooden. I was quite literally grilled for specifics. I felt so vulnerable having to literally describe in detail my item. I was told they needed to know exactly so if it fell out of the box they knew what box to put it back in. That was not going to happen. It was a box inside a box inside a box. Each box individually taped. I felt that was none of their business as I did not want to donate to their home. I gave sufficient detail at a wood and metal home decoration. she measured weighed put my address in. told me $115, deliver on Thursday. I thanked her but took my item and left. drove down the street to a different UPS store. completely different experience. Clean, friendly and no grilling of what I was mailing they were happy in knowing it was a home decoration made of wood and metal. period. $61 to ship. deliver on Thursday. what the heck? how in the world do they have such huge discrepancies. both had same information, same package, same everything. and how in the world do you sleep at night charging my mom, 87 years old, $100 to mail 2 trays of BJ’s black and white cookies. She asked for an estimate and you made a kind woman feel hostage to your box building. honestly you should be ashamed of yourselves. that is truly ridiculous!!! after I experienced the crazy yesterday it’s confirmed, lack integrity and honesty and YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to know precisely what is in my package. I shared what you needed to know and then you wanted to rip my son off and charge $115.
