  Absolutely useless service. DO NOT work with them, or anybody that contracts them, for that matter. Your time will be wasted with little regard or recourse or even an apology. They told us they would be here between 12-4, then proceeded to no show without any kind of warning, stating after the fact that nobody was home. They never sent a text, meaning they obvious failed to even schedule the delivery during the window and lied about their own screw up. Totally ruined my day.

  I ordered some items from IKEA weeks ago, and they were supposed to be delivered 5/16. They gave a window of 12-4pm and said they'd text or call half an hour before delivery. No texts or calls were made, and halfway through the window, they cancelled the delivery, saying we weren't home. Someone was home the entire time, and no truck ever showed up. I called IKEA and they were apologetic, offering me a refund, and telling me to get in contact with rxo to reschedule. I called rxo, and after fighting with an AI for 20 minutes, I finally got a human in a call center. The woman on the phone was really nice, but said she didn't have any information and couldn't put me in touch with the delivery people or the warehouse. She could only "send an email". She apparently couldn't even call to confirm where my furniture was. She tried to tell me the delivery drivers attempted delivery, when they clearly didn't. We have proof that there were no texts or phone calls, and we haven't heard anything back from the company even attempting to reschedule. Awful service. Beware if your order is delivered by these guys, they will straight up lie and not even attempt to deliver your stuff.

  What an absolutely awful company. Ordered a bed from IKEA and was given a Weds delivery window from 3-7. Specifically stuck around here to make sure I'd be able to sign for it, and no updates at all, crickets all day. The next day I see the order was cancelled, again no updates. A day later IKEA sends me an email that the delivery was rescheduled for Friday from 8am - 8pm...what sort of garbage is that? RXOs link now shows up a delivery #2, but again absolutely nothing happens with the status and again Friday comes and goes without a delivery. Ikea then emails me and says nope, Sunday 8am - 8pm is now the delivery. At this point I didn't think it was coming so I didn't even bother to wait around for it and I'm glad I didn't, because it never came. Finally just cancelled the order with IKEA and then 2 hours later RXO sends me an alert that my delivery is scheduled for the following day. 6 hours later they start calling me and leaving me messages to rate how my delivery went. Something so simple as ordering a bed has turned into all these extra steps I have to deal with, and I still don't even have the bed... these two companies together are a toxic mess of incompetence.
