I have called customer service four times trying to figure out where my order is the last time they just routed me to the store that I bought it from without giving me an answer of where my IKEA furniture was then they lied to me and IKEA twice the first time saying that I denied Delivery which I never did because when I called them that morning they said my furniture didn’t make it on the truck and then they said they delivered it which they never did because in their computer system it said it never made it on the truck. I am at the end of my rope with this shitty delivery company.
