I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Minuteman Press! I reached out to them extremely last minute because I needed presentation folders for an important presentation, and they truly came in clutch when I needed them most. Not only did the folders turn out absolutely amazing and exactly what I needed, but the level of customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected. He actually opened the store for me very early, before normal business hours, just so I could pick up my folders and have them in time for my presentation that same day. That kind of dedication and willingness to help a customer is incredibly rare these days. He and his wife are both absolutely amazing people — friendly, accommodating, professional, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. They took what could have been a very stressful situation for me and made the entire process easy. The quality of the work was excellent, the turnaround time was incredible, and the customer service was truly unmatched. They have absolutely earned my future business, and I will be using Minuteman Press for our printing needs moving forward. If you’re looking for a local printing company that provides quality work AND genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Minuteman Press! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you both again for going so far above and beyond for me. It was truly appreciated!

The owner, Craig, helped me out more than I could have asked for on a holiday. He opened the shop for me to print a few sheets and even shared some info from his personal network. He is genuine, friendly, and apparently provides great services. Highly recommend this store any printing needs.

I requested a quote through their online portal on 11/20/22. I called today and the woman tells me she never received the quote request. I explained that I needed a simple 18x24 foam core welcome sign and need to pick it up on 11/30 for a baby shower in CT on 12/3. She told me there was no way she could have it ready tomorrow! Excuse me, what??? It's not my fault your online system didn't work. So I contacted the local Minuteman Press in CT, explained the situation and they had no problem fulfilling my order. I'll never use this Liverpool location again. Terrible customer service!
