I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with the USPS location at 250-10 Northern Boulevard deserves to be shared. I mailed an Over Night Mail package from New York to Ohio containing an important check (Tracking No. 9570115052376148669159). Unfortunately, the package has still not been delivered, and I have suffered financial losses as a result. While I understand that delivery issues can happen, what was most disappointing was the way I was treated by the supervisor, Karen. In addition to the delayed delivery, some of the employees I dealt with did not appear to be familiar with the claims process for lost mail and seemed uncomfortable using the computer systems needed to assist customers. This only added to my frustration during an already stressful situation. When I first contacted the post office, Karen took my information and told me that the delivery process was beyond her control, but that she would look into the matter and contact me with an update. After several days passed without any communication, I called back and was told there was still no information. A week later, I called again hoping for an update. Instead of receiving assistance, Karen became impatient, spoke to me disrespectfully, and ultimately hung up the phone on me. As a customer, I wasn’t expecting miracles I simply wanted someone to listen, communicate, and make a genuine effort to help. Professionalism, courtesy, and empathy are essential, especially when customers are dealing with stressful situations involving important mail and financial loss. This experience left me extremely disappointed. I have always trusted USPS to handle important deliveries, but the lack of customer service, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior at this location have seriously affected that confidence. It is especially concerning that an Express Mail shipment with an active tracking number has remained unresolved without meaningful updates or assistance. I hope USPS reviews the conduct of its supervisory staff, ensures employees are properly trained on the lost-mail claims process and the systems they use, and provides the level of customer service the public deserves. No customer should be treated disrespectfully or have their concerns dismissed when they are simply seeking help with an important and time-sensitive mailing.

My wife and I had to send something over night so we stopped by this post office. It was my first time sending anything overnight so I was a little confused. My wife and I looked at the area where you could get those priority envelopes but couldn't find anything for overnight. My wife asked the clerk, who was really friendly, and they gave us one from behind the counter. The clerk gave us instructions on what to write and informed us that, since it was a long weekend, it wouldn't be delivered till tuesday. We did what we had to do on our end, handed it back to the clerk, she followed up with some questions to confirm things like address and name, I paid and we were out the door. All in all, really pleasant experience.
