- BSBrenda SandovalMay 12, 20261.0I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this UPS Store seriously needs improvement. Every single time I come here, there is an extremely long and tedious line. Most of the time, there is only one employee actually helping customers. Even when there are multiple employees present, only one person seems to be working the line while the others are doing other tasks in the back. To make matters worse, the staff is rarely friendly or welcoming. The overall customer service experience feels frustrating and disorganized every visit. This is a UPS Store — many customers come in with returns, and some people have multiple returns at once. These transactions naturally take time, so having only one person handling customers simply does not work. The lines move painfully slow, and customers constantly complain while waiting. I’ve been to this location several times, and it has been the same experience every single time. Management really needs to do better with staffing and customer service because this store cannot continue functioning this way.

They're always polite, professional, and great at their jobs. I would love to see more workers working there. Such a great UPS store. 5/5 stars. God bless!
