So it doesn't surprise me that you're closing in Levittown you have a fellow that works there whose name is ryan he was working in the Amazon return section this morning. I went there to return something. My code would not come up on my phone. I politely asked him could he please see what I was doing wrong his answer to me was just follow the prompts you can do it do it yourself I said excuse me he said follow the prompts. I said I was just asking for a little bit of help. If you didn't mind, he said if you follow the prompt you'll get it. He's rude, arrogant and very annoying as I also spoke to the girl in the photocopy section who was a sweetheart she's been there a couple of years and I love her. She's polite and courteous so I think credit should go where it belongs and then you should hear about the mismanagement you have of other people in your store. He is an absolute disgrace. I also went to another man walking around which somebody told me he was a manager maybe Brian I'm not sure I told him what had just happened and he just looked at me like he could care less an absolute disgrace. I guess these people should try to get a little bit more educated before they work with the public. I don't care if you're closing or not your mismanagement is a disgrace. These are kids that really don't wanna work and they could care less how they talk to the public. I am 87 years old and all I did was ask for a little help on my phone as i thought iI was doing something wrong. He absolutely refused to help me hopefully he'll get better and maybe get educated and maybe get a good job

I needed to get a 16 x 20 photo printed. The first Print out a little Dark. So the representative redid it and it came out perfect That was very nice of her to take the time to do that

I was just at the Levittown location today 6/21 around 3 pm to buy a Fire tablet, a $30 case, a laptop bag and $30 calculator. I went to the front told the rep about the fire tablet, and he said he “walkied” someone to come help me. They will come to meet me in the aisle. Waiting around I asked again. Two guys in the copy center doing nothing. I asked again, he said someone was on the way. Another customer walked in to buy balloons. All of the sudden he called one the guy from the copy center to stay at the register so he can go blow up balloons for that customer. When I mentioned this to the new person at the register - he’s a broken radio “ I can’t leave the front register” Less than $10.00 of balloons versus $130 tablet, $60 laptop bag , $30 case and $30 calculator. This is why businesses are failing. Poor customer service, poor business management, lack of proper management and communication. STAPLES lost over $230 business for a couple of balloons. And possibly all future business. Hope it was worth it. Went straight to Best Buy. 😀
