The service sucks, lines are always long, phone service also is not good in the building, machines for Amazon never work. I seriously think this place needs some new leadership!!!

- SASabih AhmadAug 26, 20261.0This is the worst UPS store ever, the machines never work, so I have to wait in a long line for a two second thing since I already have a label and just need it scanned. You will be waiting 15 minutes minimum here so plan in advance. Last time I went I waited 30 minutes. The workers are extremely slow, and never seem to know what they're doing. You're better off driving 10 min to lynbrook straight down merrick and going to that ups store. That's what I do now. Save yourself the time.
