- SASabih Ahmad3 days ago1.0This is the worst UPS store ever, the machines never work, so I have to wait in a long line for a two second thing since I already have a label and just need it scanned. You will be waiting 15 minutes minimum here so plan in advance. Last time I went I waited 30 minutes. The workers are extremely slow, and never seem to know what they're doing. You're better off driving 10 min to lynbrook straight down merrick and going to that ups store. That's what I do now. Save yourself the time.

After getting home and realized I forgot a part of the item being sent, I went back to the store and she had no issue to help me out by adding the item. She have great customer service towards me and towards others as I saw while waiting in line. She is great for business šš½.

Waited almost 1hr on line because they only had 1 workers who knew what they were doing. One staff is entirely too old to be working here and entirely to slow to do the bare minimum. Waste of my time I paid for pre shipping label that you scan the code just for them to refuse and say it has to be printed and tried to charge me after I already paid. Don't waste your time at this garbage store
