  I waited all day for a package to be delivered then called to find out what occurred and was told they couldn’t deliver because there is no suite number. After repeatedly telling them that there is no suite number, they still made up a new shipping label and said they couldn’t deliver until 3 days later on Monday because it takes 24 hours for it to register and Sunday they were closed. The new label is not even necessary because again there is no suite number but if that’s the excuse you want to use because you don’t want to complete deliveries, then that’s fine. I didn’t request for my delivery to go to this store and will not be using in the future.

  Very helpful staff. Service was fast and the owner was kind, contentious & explained everything to ship mail by UPS. The postal system, USPS, is a disaster ever since the Supreme Court ruling, claiming that USPS isn’t responsible for failure to deliver mail. So with sensitive mail, I’ll use UPS. Yes, it costs, but better than tracking the mail with postal service for 30 days for delivery in a 25 mile distance. Even when mail with postal service was sent registered! Taking the business elsewhere. This UPS store was great with a convenient location to other stops I had to make.

  I got there just a few mins before closing to get a package shipped next day for a birthday gift. I was told they had closed the drawers and couldn't help me. Thanks for advertising 630pm but not wanting to ship my package

  I came to ship some boxes. I did not enjoy the environment in here. Between the loud music playing and Employees taping boxes, its really hard to focus and think. To improve the environment, I recommend lower level music, and maybe classical or something similar which would allow the employees and customers to listen to each other. Since this business is mostly communication and information accuracy, it is imperative that the environment is tailored to facilitating that.

  Went to this store today to ship a package at 9:20. Store was supposed to be open at 9 and it still wasn't open. There was no sign on the door indicating that they would be closed today, which I would have understood considering it's a holiday weekend. Other customers were also wanting for the store to open. I looked up other locations nearby to ship my package and Staoles in Latham Farms showed up. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. The young man was polite and helpful. If you are shipping a package via UPS in the Latham area, go to Staples instead for far superior service.
