  I experienced charging issues and brought in my laptop for Tech help at Staples in Latham. I called prior and the same service rep, Andrew, helped me. He resolved the issue quickly. Andrew was polite, calm, and helpful. Really appreciate his help and Staples for offering this service!

  Went to Staples Latham and had a really frustrating experience. My daughter picked out a small dinosaur squish toy that had no price. We asked an employee near the shipping station, and he actually took the time to look around the spinning display trying to find a price or another one. When he couldn’t, he told her, “No price? It’s your lucky day—you can have it for free,” and handed it to her. He even mentioned another employee/supervisor had done something similar recently. Seconds later, another employee (older woman with long blonde hair) came over, took it right out of my daughter’s hands, and said “Nope, absolutely not, that doesn’t work like that.” If that’s not store policy, fine—but the way it was handled was rude and unnecessary. I’m honestly curious if she was his supervisor or just someone who decided to step in and take over, because the way she handled it was completely unprofessional. Better communication between staff would’ve avoided the whole situation—and basic kindness goes a long way, especially when you’re dealing with a child.

  This is 1 of the 3 boxes I was given yesterday after having to go there twice and than tried getting me to come back upon original pick up was 2 boxes of 500 cards that was all for the same order instead of 2 different sets of business cards I told the lady it was wrong and she claimed they would redo my order to come back at 7:30 to pick them up upon returning to the store my order was still yet to be redone and than rush printed the second set that was suppose to be in the original order to be told “we won’t charge you for this one you can have it on us” after charging me $54 I think I have a decent 100 cards out of this one box they look very cheaply made and the lack of care for people who work in printing is rather sickening, makes a extremely poor impression especially for a LLC business you guys can keep the $54 cuz you clearly need it more than I do to find staff who’s gonna give a damn
