- LJLauren JonesFeb 1, 20261.0I paid $100 for overnight with Saturday delivery. This requires a call to UPS for the pick up, or the associate needs to remember to give it to the driver if they happen to stop at the store earlier than the norm p/u (5pm) Neither was done and my package didn't reach its destination till TUESDAY morning. So I received a $15 dollar service and paid $100. God awful, just hire a currier. Further, I filled out a survey and haven't heard a word from the UPS store manager.

First they ignored the packing instructions I had provided Then my item experienced over $1000 in damage Then the store accused me of attempting to defraud them Then they hung up on me and would not return emails or phone calls THIS STORE IS NOT RECOMMENDED GO ANYWHERE ELSE
